Because you're tired of your beard itching and your black sweater being full of little white dandruff!
What is happening
Under your beard, your skin breathes less well since it is hidden under your hair. This causes dryness, dead cells form and get stuck there. These dead cells absolutely must be dislodged, otherwise they form an additional layer which further clogs your pores and therefore prevents them from breathing. It's a vicious circle…
If you don't take care of your beard properly, it could lead to many skin problems, such as itching and possibly psoriasis or eczema.
How to avoid this:
1. Clean your beard & face regularly
Cleanse your face and beard with a cleanser that is gentle on your skin, sulfate-free and paraben-free. To remove as much dead skin as possible, make circular movements on your skin while applying your cleanser, in the opposite direction to your hair growth, that is to say against the grain.
PSSST: I created a cleansing gel especially for men!
In addition, this cleansing gel contains natural ingredients with cleansing and antibacterial properties. It is perfect for dislodging impurities, removing dead skin and promoting cell regeneration.
Warning: NO shower gel! They contain too much detergent for the skin on your face and this risks drying it out even more!!
2. Moisturize your beard & your face
After using your cleanser and removing the natural sebum from your face, to prevent your skin from dehydrating under your beard, it is important to apply a cream to moisturize it!
PSSST: The Menz Club facial cream contains argan oil, aloe vera and babassu oil which helps soothe skin irritations, moisturize your skin and even promote cell renewal!
For your beard , you can use a beard oil to moisturize your hair.
3. Brush it!
A beard brush allows you to properly position your hairs and penetrate the oil you have just applied!
