If you receive your order and are not satisfied, you can return it and receive a full refund for all deliveries made in Canada. Products must be new. Exchanges and refunds are made within 7 days of the date of receipt of the order. Shipping charges are not refundable.

HOW TO RETURN MY ORDER? 

For any exchange or refund, write to us at info@menzclub.ca, detailing the problem as best you can, adding the order number. Items in their original unopened packaging, accompanied by the receipt and returned within 90 days of the date of purchase, may be refunded to the same payment method as used for purchase ** or may be exchanged . Items that are opened, damaged, or not in a condition to be resold may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
